CHARACTERS
Minami Hikaru: Kamen Rider Black, 19-years-old. Born in 1982 on the day of a solar eclipse, his parents died when he was three-years-old. He was raised by Akizuki Soichiro, who had a son of his own: Akizuki Saske. Hikaru and Saske shared the same birthday. The Gorgom kidnapped Hikaru and Saske, transforming them into Kamen Rider Black (also called "Black Sun") and Shadow Moon. The Gorgom planned to have Black Sun and Shadow Moon fight to death, and the winner would become the leader of the Gorgom. But Hikaru broke free from the Gorgom and fought against them.

Akizuki Saske:Shadow Moon, 19-years-old. Born in 1982 on the day of a solar eclipse. He had a younger sister, Kyoko, and dated a girl named Katsumi. His father raised Minami Hikaru, whose parents died when he was three-years-old. Hikaru and Saske shared the same birthday. The Gorgom kidnapped Hikaru and Saske, transforming them into Kamen Rider Black (also called "Black Sun") and Shadow Moon. The Gorgom planned to have Black Sun and Shadow Moon fight to death, and the winner would become the leader of the Gorgom.
Akizuki Kyoko:Saske's sister. Employed at the Capital Café and Bar.
Akizuki Soichiro:Father of Saske, and father by adoption of Hikaru.
Katsumi:Saske's girlfriend.
GORGOM SYNDICATE/CHARACTERS:
Brugenia:A cybernetic mutant, like Kamen Rider Black. He was born on the day of a solar eclipse and selected to become the next Creation King about 15 years ago (1986). But the Gorgom delayed the ceremony and decided to wait until the turn of the new millennium to harness that power. Brugenia was never given a King Stone, and he rebelled against the Creation King.
Creation King, "Sousei-Ou":Leader of the Gorgom Syndicate.
High Priests "Daishinkan":The Three High Priests were human once but transformed by the power of the Creation King. They led the Gorgom, carrying out the will of the Creation King. They maintained human form by the power of their Life Stones, implanted in their bodies by the Creation King. Without the Life Stones, they reverted back into their mutated forms.
– Darom: Senior of the High Priests. Darom possessed the Life Stone of the Sky.
– Baraom: Second of the High Priests. He possessed the Life Stone of the Sea.
– Bishium: Priestess of the Gorgom. She possessed the Life Stone of the Earth.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Gorgom Syndicate: A secret society involved in politics, business, and crime. Their science was years beyond modern technology and biology. They practiced black magick and twisted genetics to mutate their bodies. They planned to force humanity into the next step of human evolution and rule over a new race.
King Stones: Two ancient artifacts that powered the Kamen Riders: Black Sun and Shadow Moon. Their origins were a mystery, even to the Gorgom.
